Harry Bloomfield QC
ChairmanMr. Bloomfield is a lawyer, business manager and philanthropist. He has served on numerous boards, public and private, including six years as a Member of the Commission des Valeurs Mobilieres du Québec (now The Autorité des Marchés Financiers – the AMF of Québec) and twelve years as a Board Member of the Business Development Bank of Canada – the BDC. Also a Board Member of Heller Financial Canada; Banco Comercial Português, the Canadian subsidiary of Sottomayor Bank of Portugal; British Controlled Oilfields; Genoil Inc.; and Balkan Resources Inc. In addition he was previously Chairman of BJB Global Investment Management as the Canadian partner of Bank Julius Baer of Switzerland. Mr. Bloomfield was from 1999 to 2003 the Canadian President of the International Law Association. Since December 2008 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Wi2Wi Inc., a leader in developing multiple-radio and integrated wireless solutions. Mr. Bloomfield is a Director of the Canadian Friends of the Jerusalem Foundation, a Member of the International Board of Governors of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Director of Beads of Courage, Canada. Also the President of the Humane Society of Canada. Mr. Bloomfield is a Managing partner of the law firm of Bloomfield & Avocats in Montreal.

Prior to Luminor Medical Technologies, Mr. Sauvageau founded CSCG Inc. consulting firm, where he supported a select number of start-up and medical technology companies. Prior to starting CSCG Inc. in 2014, Mr. Sauvageau was Vice President of the Customer Innovation Business Unit at Merck Canada Ltd where he introduced innovative products and practices and contributed to the EUCAN Beyond the Pill strategy. During his 29 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device field, Mr. Sauvageau held senior sales, marketing, and business development positions. He has national and international experience and has been instrumental in launching a variety of innovative solutions in multiple therapeutic areas in addition to driving successful transformation activities.Mr. Sauvageau graduated with a B.Sc.(Biochemistry) from University Laval in Quebec, Canada and was an Officer of the Canadian Armed Forces. Christian combined a high degree of ethics and integrity to a passion for patient health and business results.
DirectorMr. Mehra, B.Sc. (Econ), serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Astor Group, an investment and advisory group of businesses. Mr. Mehra has worked in the minerals industry for 22 years. He has extensive experience in international business , restructuring, risk management, board leadership, debt and equity financings, and M&A. He has been Independent Director of Luminor Inc. since February 9, 2016. Mr. Mehra holds a BSc Degree in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
